how we started
The Bitter Club began with a simple frustration: bitters are the fastest way to add real depth to a drink, yet most people have no idea how to use them.
So we set out to change that — crafting small-batch bitters in the UK and making them easy to enjoy at home, from cocktails to tonic or sparkling water.
