Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice
How to make: Squeeze the orange juice and fine strain (using a strainer and a small sieve) to remove any bits. Then, blend the juice at high speed (without ice) to make frothy. Pour Aperol, bitters and half the orange juice into a glass over ice and stir. Fill the glass with more ice and the rest of the frothy orange juice.

120ml Orange Juice
2 pipettes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters
