An elegant nod to the season — crisp gin, a whisper of spice, and a flash of orange to catch the last light of summer.

Golden Hour Martini


Ingredients:

  • 60ml Highclere Castle Gin

  • 15ml dry vermouth

  • 5 dashes of The Bitter Club Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

Garnish: thin orange twist (expressed over the drink)

Method:

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.

  2. Add gin, vermouth, and bitters.

  3. Stir for 20–30 seconds until well chilled and diluted.

  4. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora or martini glass.

  5. Express an orange twist over the surface and drop it in as garnish.

Flavour profile: Crisp, refined gin character lifted with a hint of citrus and subtle spice.
