Siren’s Hibiscus Sangria

This is the siren’s call — fruity, floral, and undeniably seductive. The Siren’s Hibiscus Sangria reimagines sangria through a Mediterranean lens, layering botanical gin, hibiscus tea, rosé wine and the deep, tart sweetness of pomegranate molasses. Hibiscus & Rose bitters bring fragrant lift and soft spice, giving the drink a hypnotic complexity. Best served in large glasses, over clinking ice, while waves break in the distance and someone somewhere starts playing music.

Siren’s Hibiscus Sangria

Ingredients:

  • 35ml gin

  • 40ml chilled hibiscus & berry tea

  • 25ml dry rosé wine

  • 15ml pomegranate molasses syrup (1:1 with water)

  • 2 dashes Hibiscus & Rose bitters

Garnish: pomegranate seeds, mint sprig, and a rose petal

Method: 

  1. Shake everything except the rosé with ice. 

  2. Strain into a balloon wine glass over fresh ice.

  3. Top with the rosé. 

  4. Garnish lavishly.
