Cinnamon and orange Cocktail Recipes

TBC SPARKLING ORANGE

Ingredients:

  • 5 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

  • Top up with sparkling or soda water

How to make: Pour ingredients in glass over ice and stir.

Serve in: Tumbler

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

TBC BOURBON OLD FASHIONED

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Bourbon

  • 10ml Sugar Syrup

  • 5 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

How to make: Stir ingredients in a shaker with (lots of) ice and strain over a large ice cube in a tumbler.

Serve in: Tumbler

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

TBC Cosmopolitan

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Vodka

  • 30ml Triple sec

  • 45ml Cranberry Juice

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • 3 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled glass.

Serve in: Coupe

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

TBC HIGHBURY BAMBOO

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Fino Sherry

  • 30ml Rosso Vermouth

  • 25ml Extra Dry Vermouth

  • 3 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

How to make: Stir in a shaker with ice and strained into a martini glass or tumbler.

Serve in: Martini Glass or Tumbler

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Vodka

  • 90ml Fresh Orange Juice

  • 7.5ml Sugar Syrup

  • 5 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

How to make: Pour ingredients in glass over ice and stir.

Serve in: Hi-Ball or Collins Glass

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

TBC Ward Eight

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Rye Whiskey

  • 22.5ml Lemon Juice

  • 22.5ml Orange Juice

  • 7.5ml Sugar Syrup

  • 5ml Grenadine Syrup

  • 5 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

How to make: Shake ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Serve in: Coupe

TBC ISLINGTON CALLING*

Ingredients:

  • 45ml London Dry Gin

  • 15ml Fino Sherry

  • 10ml Lemon Juice

  • 7.5ml Sugar Syrup

  • 3 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain (using a strainer and a small sieve) into a martini glass.

Serve in: Martini Glass

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

TBC Elder Sour

Ingredients:

  • 60ml St Germain

  • 30ml Lime juice

  • 15ml Chickpea water (instead of egg whites)

  • 3 dashes of Cinnamon and Orange Bitters

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and serve into ice-filled glass.

Serve in: Tumbler

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Pisco

  • 10ml Bianco Vermouth

  • 3 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

How to make: Stir with ice, strain and served into chilled martini glass. 

Serve in: Martini Glass

TBC SAZERAC

Ingredients:

  • 10ml Absinthe

  • 70ml Chilled Water

  • 20ml Cognac

  • 20ml Rye whiskey 100 proof / 50% abv

  • 20ml Bourbon whiskey

  • 10ml Sugar Syrup

  • 5 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

How to make:

  • Pour absinthe into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass, top with water, and leave to stand.

  • Throw other ingredients with ice and set aside.

  • Strain contents of the old fashioned glass into a shot glass to be served as an optional extra on the side.

  • Strain contents of the shaker into the absinthe rinsed old fashioned glass.

  • Squeeze lemon zest twist over the glass rim, and discard.

Serve in: Tumbler

Garnish: Lemon zest twist (discarded)

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Absinthe

  • 25ml Lemon Juice

  • 25ml Chilled Water

  • 20ml Sugar Syrup

  • 3 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

  • 15ml Chickpea Water (vegan substitute for egg whites)

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Serve in: Martini Glass

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice or Lemon zest twist

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Vodka

  • 90ml Cranberry Juice

  • 60ml Orange Juice

  • 3 dashes of Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

How to make: Shake ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

Serve in: Hi-Ball or Collins Glass (Tall)

Garnish: Dehydrated orange slice
