TBC Hibiscus Margarita

Serve in: Martini Glass or Tumbler

Garnish: TBC hibiscus and rose petal mix

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

60ml Tequila

30ml Fresh lime juice

30ml Sugar Syrup

2 pipettes Hibiscus and Rose Bitters

TBC Hibiscus Kiss

Serve in: Flute Glass

Garnish: TBC hibiscus and rose petal mix

How to make: Place garnish in base of a chilled glass. Add ingredients and stir.

1 Pinch of TBC hibiscus and rose petal mix

22.5ml Vodka

22.5ml St-Germain elderflower liqueur

2 pipettes Hibiscus and Rose Bitters

Top up with champagne

Hibiscus, Lemon & Gin

Serve in: Hi-Ball or Collins Glass

Garnish: TBC hibiscus and rose petal mix

How to make: Pour ingredients in glass over ice and stir.

60ml Gin

30ml Fresh lemon juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

4 pipettes Hibiscus & Rose Bitters

Top up with tonic water

 
 

TBC Amado

Serve in: Coupe or Martini Glass

Garnish: 3 dots of Hibiscus & Rose bitters on foam

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. Dry shake (without ice) and fine strain into a chilled glass.

60ml Light Rum

20ml Lime Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

20ml Chickpea Water (vegan substitute for egg whites)

1 pipettes Hibiscus and Rose Bitters

 

TBC Bouquet

Serve in: Coupe or Martini Glass

Garnish: Dried rosebuds

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

1 spoon Honey

60ml Gin

15ml Lemon Juice

7.5ml Sugar Syrup

15ml Chilled Water

2 pipettes Hibiscus and Rose Bitters

 

TBC SPARKLING Rose

Serve in: Hi-Ball or Collins Glass (Tall)

Garnish: Dried rosebuds

How to make: Pour ingredients in glass over ice and stir.

5ml Hibiscus & Rose Bitters

Top up with sparkling or soda water
