TBC SPARKLING GRAPEFRUIT
Ingredients:
5 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters
Top up with sparkling or soda water
Serve in: Tumbler
Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit slice
How to make: Pour ingredients in glass over ice and stir.

Ingredients:
25 ml. London Dry Gin
25 ml. Rosso Vermouth
25 ml. Aperol
3 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters
How to make: Pour ingredients into glass filled with ice and stir.
Serve in: Tumbler
Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit slice

Ingredients:
60ml Vodka
10ml Extra Dry Vermouth
15ml Chilled Water
3 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters
How to make: Stir with ice, strain and serve into chilled martini glass.
Serve in: Martini Glass
Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit twist
TBC GRAPEFRUIt Spritz
Ingredients:
50ml Grapefruit Juice
25ml Aperol
50ml Prosecco
3 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters
How to make: Pour the grapefruit juice, Aperol and bitters into a chilled coupe glass. Add ice and gently stir to combine. Top up with the Prosecco.
Serve in: Coupe

40ml Grapefruit Juice
20ml Sugar Syrup

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.
