Grapefruit and Elderberry Cocktail Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 5 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters

  • Top up with sparkling or soda water

Serve in: Tumbler

Garnish: Dehydrated grapefruit slice

How to make: Pour ingredients in glass over ice and stir.

Ingredients:

  • 25 ml. London Dry Gin

  • 25 ml. Rosso Vermouth

  • 25 ml. Aperol

  • 3 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters

How to make: Pour ingredients into glass filled with ice and stir.

Serve in: Tumbler

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Vodka

  • 10ml Extra Dry Vermouth

  • 15ml Chilled Water

  • 3 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters

How to make: Stir with ice, strain and serve into chilled martini glass. 

Serve in: Martini Glass

TBC GRAPEFRUIt Spritz

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Grapefruit Juice

  • 25ml Aperol

  • 50ml Prosecco

  • 3 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters

How to make: Pour the grapefruit juice, Aperol and bitters into a chilled coupe glass. Add ice and gently stir to combine. Top up with the Prosecco.

Serve in: Coupe

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Light Rum

  • 40ml Grapefruit Juice

  • 20ml Sugar Syrup

  • 3 dashes of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters

How to make: Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled glass.

Serve in: Martini Glass

Ingredients:

  • 60ml Tequila

  • 30ml Grapefruit Juice

  • 15ml Lime Juice

  • 7.5ml Agave Syrup
