Ingredients

  • 50ml London Dry gin

  • 60ml Watermelon Juice (or muddle 4 cubes)

  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • 10ml Runny Honey

  • 5 sprays of Hibiscus & Rose Bitters

  • Top with Soda Water

Garnish

  • Dried Rosebud

Method

  1. Shake gin, watermelon, lime, honey syrup & bitters with ice.

  2. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.

  3. Top with sparkling water and give a gentle stir.

  4. Garnish with a watermelon Dried Rosebud.
