Ingredients
50ml London Dry gin
60ml Watermelon Juice (or muddle 4 cubes)
15ml Fresh Lime Juice
10ml Runny Honey
5 sprays of Hibiscus & Rose Bitters
Top with Soda Water
Garnish
Dried Rosebud
Method
Shake gin, watermelon, lime, honey syrup & bitters with ice.
Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
Top with sparkling water and give a gentle stir.
Garnish with a watermelon Dried Rosebud.
