A midnight-sun refresher where violet blueberry and floral elderflower drift over crystal-clean vodka. Grapefruit-berry bitters add zing, carrying Arctic-cool vibes to any July gathering.

Northern Berry Drift

Ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka

  • 45 ml Blueberry Juice†

  • 15 ml Elderflower Cordial

  • 10 ml Fresh Lime Juice

  • 5 sprays of Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters

  • Top with Soda Water

†Or blitz a generous handful of fresh blueberries.

Garnish

  • Skewer of blueberries

Method

  1. Shake the first five ingredients vigorously with ice.

  2. Double-strain into an ice-filled wine glass.

  3. Add a splash of soda and give a quick stir.

  4. Garnish with blueberries.
