Ingredients

  • 30ml London Dry Gin (or Old Tom gin for subtle sweetness)

  • 25ml Dry white vermouth (e.g., Dolin Blanc or Cocchi Americano)

  • 15ml Italicus or orange liqueur (like Cointreau or triple sec)

  • 5 dashes The Bitter Club Cinnamon & Orange Bitters

  • Optional: 5ml cinnamon syrup (for a sweeter profile)

Garnish

  • Dried orange slice

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients with ice.

  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  3. Garnish with a dried orange slice.
