Ingredients
45ml Gin (a floral gin like Bombay Sapphire or Monkey 47 works beautifully)
20ml Fresh lemon juice
15ml Raspberry syrup or grenadine (for colour and fruit complexity)
5 dashes The Bitter Club Hibiscus & Rose Bitters
25ml Soda water (to top, optional for a lighter finish)
Garnish
Dried rosebud
Method
Shake gin, lemon juice, syrup, and bitters with ice.
Strain into a chilled coupe or highball glass (top with soda for a spritz-style serve).
Garnish with dried rosebud.
