The Sunlit Lawn

 Ingredients:

• 50ml Highclere Castle Gin

• 20ml elderflower liqueur

• 15ml fresh lemon juice

• Top up with tonic water

• 5 dashes of The Bitter Club Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters
  

Garnish: lemon wedge

Method:

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.

2. Add gin, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and bitters.

3. Top with tonic water and gently stir to combine.

4. Garnish with a lemon wedge

Flavour profile: Light, floral, and citrus-bright — like a late summer breeze.
