Ingredients:
45ml Juniper & coriander green tea (cold)
1 drop Saline solution / pinch of salt
25ml White verjus
5ml Cold-brew chamomile
1 drop Orange-blossom hydrosol
5ml Cherry cordial
2 dashes Grapefruit & Elderberry bitters
Method:
1. Stir all with ice until well chilled
2. Fine-strain into a Nick & Nora
3. Garnish with a grapefruit twist
