Ingredients:
45ml Juniper-infused oolong (cold)
5ml Sugar syrup (1:1)
30ml NA red vermouth
7.5ml Cherry syrup
2 dashes Cinnamon & Orange bitters
Method:
1. Stir all with ice until well chilled
2. Fine-strain into a Nick & Nora
3. Garnish with an orange twist
