Garden Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Tequila

  • 20ml Lemon Juice

  • (10ml Sugar syrup or honey)

  • 5 sprays The Bitter Club Hibiscus & Rose Bitters

  • Top with Lemonade (still or sparkling)


Garnish:

  • Mint sprig


Method:

  1. Shake tequila, lemon, syrup, and bitters with ice.

  2. Strain into a wine glass with fresh ice.

  3. Top with lemonade and garnish.


Flavour profile: Bright and floral with soft lemon acidity, gentle sweetness, and a delicate wild berry finish.
