Orchard Tonic

Crisp, green, and gently bitter — Orchard Tonic captures the feeling of wandering through apple orchards in the British countryside. With vodka, cloudy apple juice, tonic, and our Grapefruit & Elderberry bitters, it’s summer in a glass. 🌿🍎

Orchard Tonic

Ingredients:

  • 40ml Vodka

  • 20ml Apple Juice (cloudy)

  • 5 sprays The Bitter Club Grapefruit & Elderberry Bitters

  • Top with Tonic Water

Garnish:

  • Lemon wedge

Method:

  1. Build vodka and apple juice in a highball over ice.

  2. Add bitters, stir gently.

  3. Top with tonic and garnish.


Flavour profile: Light, crisp, and refreshing with mellow apple sweetness and a subtle citrus-bitter finish.
