Dual-flavoured bitters
WARNING: Not for the faint of heart or tongue! These bitters are EXTRA spicy, please use carefully.
Hot and zesty, these bitters are lime-forward with a red-hot chilli warmth that builds on the finish.
These flavours are a perfectly vibrant pairing for tequila, mezcal and other white spirits.
A great way to elevate a Margarita without reaching for chilli syrup, or to spike a Bloody Mary with real heat, these bitters can be any bartender’s secret weapon. The Red-Hot Margarita is already a firm house favourite; sharp, fiery and dangerously easy to drink.

3-5 dashes with soda water and a wedge of lime
Warm and spiced, these bitters start with rich cinnamon and move through to a pronounced orange finish.
With the balance of rich aromatic and citrus notes, drinkers of dark spirits will love how these bitters can transform a drink.
Originally created to improve an Old Fashioned, we find that these bitters can upgrade any classic. We recommend a Mulled Fashioned to any bourbon lover, but they even add a delicious kick to Vodka-based cocktails such as a Cosmopolitan or a Screwdriver.

Fresh and floral, these bitters draw on two fragrant flower flavours - fruity hibiscus and heady rose.
The depth of the hibiscus and the sweetness of the rose make a perfect balance for adding floral twists to drinks - ideal when paired with white spirits.
The pink colour that these bitters add to a drink is incredibly eye-catching. The Hibiscus Fizz is a favourite at The Bitter Club, but we also love using them to elevate a Vodka Soda, glass of Prosecco or even a Mojito.

how we started
The Bitter Club began with a simple frustration: bitters are the fastest way to add real depth to a drink, yet most people have no idea how to use them.
So we set out to change that — crafting small-batch bitters in the UK and making them easy to enjoy at home, from cocktails to tonic or sparkling water.
What are bitters?
Bitters are the secret ingredient used in great drinks. From cocktails to non-alcoholic concoctions, they are the seasoning that take your drinks up a notch.
But before they were behind every great bar in the world, they were medicine, monastery secrets, and naval cure-alls. We wrote the history, from ancient Egypt to your glass.
